Honestly does anyone care about metallica anymore?

we all know i don't, but are any of you actually looking forward to buying thier new disk ( i recommend download it hehehehe) and do you feel they are still relevent to the music scene anymore?

 

i didn't realize they were still pretending to be musicians...

 

ya they are..............i've heard 2 new songs, sounds like the stuff of the load album.

 

New songs sound like Nickleback covers.

 

They just released the 4th single on iTunes, people seem to like it. Album is out on friday I think. I doubt I will be buying it though.

I've only heard one song, but it was pretty decent.

I have never liked Metallica. I just can't get into that shit.

 

Metallica showed what a bunch of corporate sellouts they were about eight years ago with the whole Napster thing. These guys only care about making money, as if they don't have enough already.

 

I am the kind of guy that will not go out and buy the album but will turn it up if its on the radio when I'm listening to it in the car. Go on a shoot me with the knowledge I was having a good time before I died instead of blandly analyzing and gauging the musical brilliance of a metallica song like a big jerk.
