Take some foam rubber (typically from an old seat cushion). Cut 2 lengths, about 18" long. Wrap them tightly in cling film (or bubble wrap for a bit of an extra kick). Fasten the ends together with parcel / masking tape (how far down from the ends you put the tape varies how tight the end product is). With plenty of lube you have yourself a nice little toy - I used to use one regularly before I invested in the FleshLight.
