He makes it sound so easy to just flip a switch, and for some that might be the case but for me, I find it really hard because even if I am "done" I have a difficult time just cutting people off. I still want to give to them, I still want to help them but if I give in and do it, it takes a toll on me and it gets worse every time I compromise my boundaries for them.
