Yea, I'm a new member. College student in Lansing MI. I joined this forum mainly because there is a forum for Amsterdam and I've been looking for one to give me some information about the city and the freedoms it has to offer which are not available in the United States.
MI made medical herb legal last November! Proposal 1 passed with 63% of the vote. The qualifications to get it though are more strict than in California.
