Hello all, I just joined this past few days. Sooo much to read never took the minutes to introduce myself. I noticed one thing, a lot of young and old in here and getting along. Sort of the opposite is far too many american homes with parent/children relationships. Anyway, i'm older but feel young at heart and act so. I dig helping out others the best I can with what little knowledge I have on topics I dabble in, like music (performance, composition, engineering, recording, producing, listening), handguns (choosing, setup, reloading), autos/motorcycles (troubleshooting, choosing a new car, reparing), philosophy (exploring explainations), woodworking (using powertools mostly), and architecture (mostly classical orders). Anyway, hope to have some interesting conversations with some great new people and would feel good if i could help anyone out with anything... Cheers!
Hey there Skerb, interesting handle; We share like interests, glad you're here....Welcome to The Hip Forums, Allow me to extend the welcome mat….I know what it’s like to be a newcomer….You don’t really know what to say or how to act…. Read some of the threads so you can get the gist of what topics are being discussed….When you feel comfortable jump right in and get your feet wet…. Nobody here is going to "Flame" you (unless it’s necessary) lol…. We get some assholes here who just want to stir up bad vibes and there are several (they go unnamed).…From what I’ve found so far is that we are one big family with many brothers and sisters….Once again the doors open come on in, open up your heart and mind, put on some groovy tunes, kick back and stay awhile….Peace, Love & Great Big Hugs, DDR Quote Of The Day Unknown: "The right to be right is irrelevant. It is the right to be wrong that makes one free."
Welcome Dude! It's nice to see someone wanting to help, most people these days just think of themselves. Welcome again, and see you around! Peace!!
