Hemp Prom Dress Help

I just found out I am going to prom at the end of next month and I want to make a hemp dress...I need ideas...style ideas, all of that...any suggestions on the type of hemp to use (like coarse of smooth if that makes sense) is there any way to ad some color to it? just anything at all you guys can help me with.
Has anyone else made a dress out of hemp before? anyone done anyhting like this?
I dont have a preferance for legnth or sleeves or not but I want it to be hemp and I have to make it and have it ready by the end of april

i imagine fabric dye would effectively dye the hemp, but you might want to test it out first. cause if you're dancing and getting hot and sweaty, or it rains, it would be weird to have purple skin all night.

 

Look for a silk/hemp blend, you might find it at www.dharmatrading.com
Dyes and info can be found as well. Though a month isnt much time to get all the materials and sew it.
