Help with Myspace? PLEEEAASE

hi ive been trying all day to get my demo on myspace but its saying it needs to be an mp3. the song is a media file though and i have it on disc.

How can i get my song on there????

what is the file type when its ripped off your cd? wma? whatever the file extrention google "extention" to mp3 converter.. you'll be sure to find one

Theres no pictures yet as i havnt got any.lol. Its not the best recording in the world as i had a shit microphone (so please bare this in mind).
Anyway its the result of one stoned afternoon with just me and my acoustic.
