Help with Knots

Okay, I'm into making hemp jewelry and such, and just knotting. I can do a dragonfly knot, square knot, the square knot picot, the half knot, and the alternating square knot. I want to be able to do a lot more, but I can't find anywhere that can teach me any more advanced knots for free. Can anybody help me out?

 

The library. I find so many older craft books and sewing books there.

 

Do an online search for macrame knots

 

I've never heard of a dragonfly knot....do you have a link for it?

 

http://www.khww.net/ has a forum full of friendly knot tyers. They have on line tutorials for several knots.

All these sites have links to knotting sites.

If you want a good book, the Ashley Book of Knots is considered the best for all kinds of knotting.

hard to find other knots for free... why not try local library if you're set on free patterns?

 

you can also look for books and websites with braids and knots too, dont just limit your search to hemp and macrame.

they have instructions for oceanic, flowers, basic, garden bracelets, india bracelets/chokers, etc...
