If you wanted to ring someone who was in the United Kingdom off your cell phone what code do you put in before you type in their cell phone number???

    Boogabaah is correct (I think).

But not all cellphones will call overseas. I have a tracphone that won't...

Some cellphones might have a special overseas prefix.

And if you use a calling card, you'll have to add the extra codes for that first...

possibly.. but you might not need the second 0... it's been a long time since i've called the UK.. and i did it on a house phone.. not a cell.
