Good afternoon to ya Ashley! I trust that you're enjoying these wonderful forums by now? Anyways, I've never been to WV yet. Connecticut wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so expensive. Calmer winters would be nice, too. Oh well! At least it's awesome when it comes to sports, with the baseball last night being a great example!

It's nice being halfway between New York City and Boston, especially when it comes to sports! :2thumbsup:

Besides this little state, I've also lived in Maine twice. It rocks in the summer and can get boring in the winter unless you can ski or go to Portland (the state's largest city).

I've been to 18 states and Washington DC to date.

As for the visitor messages, it can vary when you can answer those or receive private messages. It will vary for some reason.

I think the most known city closest to me is Charleston.... about 45 minutes away. Where are you from??

Ashley? Maine is wonderful in the summer. From now until about Columbus Day, their hotels will all be booked by leaf peepers for the world-famous fall foliage. There's almost nothing in my part of Connecticut yet. Give it another week and it'll be completely different.

 

Ahhhh, how I adore beautiful fall. =)
