rite ive liked this girl eva since ive been in year 7 at my skool and im now in year 10 and i love her. a few weeks ago i finally told her how i feel but she was very self concious and jst thought i was jokin. since then ive told her im not jokin and ive told her how i feel time and time again but she just thinks im havin a laff. when i asked her y she wudnt believe me she said tht she gets very nervous wen goin out with ppl and she finishes ppl becoz she thinks ther goin to dump her and she doesnt think she shud b in a relationship. but i cant get over her and i no we wud b gud 2getha can ne1 help me out?
all you can do is respect her feelings really, just know that if she feels tha same way, she will eventually come around, but untill then, keep being her friend. Maybe if all she's really afraid of is getting hurt, you should just do things to prove that you love her, but don't be too agressive. Just know that it will all work out if it's meant to, and above all, RESPECT how she feels about it right now, if you value your friendship you need to do that to ensure that it keeps going. Also, her saying she thinks it's a joke could be a defense mechanism, she may not want to tell you she only thinks of you as a friend, and that's the only way she can think to do it. good luck
Just remember that love is being there for her and knowing that you wanna be her friend and be around her no matter if she loves you the same way or not. You should just wait a while and still try to show her that you love her, but after a while she'll realize thats its been to long to be a joke between you and your buddies or something, and maybe she'll give in.
