Happy Valentine's Day!

What do you actually think about this holiday?

 

valetines day is overrated

 

just a "special" day to say i love you even more and we should be saying that to our loved ones every day in the first place.

i do like all the candy on sell though.. damn candy companies trickin' me!

 

I love any excuse to get flowers, champagne, dark chocolate, and...

 

It's just a special occasion to do something different out of the routine one more time, nothing's wrong with that.

 

If your in a relationship then its fin. But when your single it just iritates you.

 

It is a nice holiday when you're "together" with someone. The gifts are certainly nice to give. But yeah, no relationship is fine too.

 

I can do with or without it. but yes i agree it sucks when you're single. But you always have your friends to depend on

At the end of the day. It's pointless, women want some romantic, but if you think about it we are only getting it becuase we have to . .so it isn't that romantic. Real romance is the small things we do, the things that we go out of our way to do. It's so based on money now ..

This is intresting, i thought hippies would love this holiday. As a young hippie this is my second favorite holiday after April 20th, but thats another story...

A holiday focusing on the love of your fellow bieng. I thought this was what we're all about right?

 

Love shouldn't be on one day only, it should be all the time, and also I don't like the idea how they fill it in, with the roses and stuff, I'd rather do it my own way on my own day, so me and my boyfriend don't celebrate it at all.

 

I like Valentines Day.

Being Married to your best friend and lover is amazing, but life gets in the way alot of times and to be able to have a special day simply to express how much love we have for each other after so many years is amazing! Only a few days designated to that, Anniversary, Valentines Day and Birthday.

We try to have date night with each other every week or so, but between work for both of us, friends, life seems to get in the way for both of us to do that everyday.

After 20 yrs, our love has grown stronger every year. Best friend and lover in one.

 

Well it's pretty random for me. I don't hate it nor do I love it. But maybe it's because I'm single but in all honestly, I really don't care about it except for the candies or the chocolates haha.

 

So I heard something interesting today. More people kill themselve today then any other day of the year

 

I don't care about it. I've never been in a relationship during Valentine's day so I've never really celebrated (although this year my parents bought me candy and a little stuffed bear, which was really sweet).
