I used to totally adore sunday's, a day of rest and what not.

But as ive got older, it seems to be the most stressful day's ever.

it is the only day i get a chance to catch up on things i cant do in the week due to work. (washing, cleaning) also im ment to go to church but dont get to much time.

also i know its going to be monday tomorrow, and im feeling the monday blues already :(

How do u all spend ur sundays?

I usually go overboard on Fridays, and saturdays are a day of rest and rehab/relaxation.

But Sundays are an hour or so of chores followed by the most complete relaxation of any day of the week.

I'm much lazier than god on Sundays, and it's transcendental. I can do chores at whatever pace I like, see friends when or if I feel like it, and catch a nice 30 minute nap followed by some writing and maybe waste some time online.

    I love Sunday!

    Hello,

I'm cleaning my flat at the moment. I have to do the laundry, oh, and today is election day. After visiting the polling station I will bake a cake. The rest of the day is used for reading, cake eating ;) and other things that come into my mind spontaneously.

    Regards
    Gyro

  6. I don't do week days or weekends so whatever comes along, comes along. I work everyday but only for a couple of hours and am home by 8.30am so the day's mine. It also means I don't have that awful "it's nearly monday" feeling: ;)

I used to hate Sundays when everything was close, but around here it's pretty much just a normal day. If I am not working, then I am usually in bed following Saturday night, or in the woods with the dog, camping in summer or trying to make my way home..

I also spend my Sundays catching up on things...although I do get a lot of housework done during the week, I feel like Sundays are the only days I can actually organize things

I love Sundays, they're my favorite days of the week. Especially now that the baseball season is here.

Also, Sundays are usually the day I eat eggs and sausages. :drool5:

I usually walk into town, look at stuff, go to a flea market or two. If I had a bike I'd be spending most of the day biking.

I usually spend Sundays doing homework for class. I do chores around the house that need done. My Sundays are spent much like my weekdays. Sadly Sunday has become just another day to me these days. I hope one day that might change.

Before retiring my Sundays were often manic work around home sessions in part to stave off Monday blues. Sometimes I'd work at stuff until late Sunday night and go through Monday in a state of blissfull exhaustion. I denied Manday its power to give me the Blues. Now that I'm in a private practice my Monday work starts at 3 or 4 in the afternoon and I only work three days a week anyway so I really can enjoy laid back Sundays

I always loved Sundays. It is the one day that I usually plan very little and kick back.

Lets me charge my batteries up for the coming week.

i remember when i was much younger, sundays was just a day of rest, we would always have a sunday roast dinner, and yummy desserts, and just have a very quite one in with the family. i miss those days. it seems as if (for me and friends) everything is always hectic, there is always something that needs doing. yet never enough time in one day to do everything lol.
