Hello to everyone..I see some postings which reflect a health problem.. health..be it bodily or mental..is a very important matter for ALL of us.. I've lost a few family members and friends due to sickness.. at that given point when we see suffering in life... we realize how important health is if we have it.. just like true love, health is not for sale.. therefore..I do wish that every housemember in our house in Oak Street.. may enjoy a good health,a joy of life, and a mental strength within... and in case of need and sorrows...we'll join hands..and see to it... that the burden of negativity can be turned around...into positivity... it might take a bit of time to do that...but...we'll get there in the end... wishing everybody what he/she wants for today...and for the future..:2thumbsup:
We do have to stay over night again though, we cant leave until we have seen good temperatures for a whole day and night. She had to have an xray on her chest because over night she started coughing quite heavily, that xray was horrible, I had to hold her arms above her head whilst she was strapped down into a little seat My mum is coming up today (our first visitor yay!) And is taking over for a few hours whilst I go home and shower and get a change of clothes seeing as I've been wearing the same stuff since friday!
Hi MamaPeace, It’s your buddy Kenny. Been praying for you two. God is Love. Love is God. – Quicksilver Messenger Service. So happy that she is almost through it. Back home soon. Healthy. And you, sane. Good. At first I was going to just send you a P.M., but I was afraid that you might not see that. I never notice any of mine. I’m not an e-mail guy. I’m a phone guy. Ranger called me last night and told me what was up. Said that I must get on-line. In touch with you. Poor Baby. Sorry that she suffered. Miserable. Please take good care of you. Now is the Time. Smiles to your heart from all of us. ALL. She and you are going to be alright. Glad that your mom (mum, Brit.) is dropping in and “holding down the fort”. I know that it is an "off the wall" thought, but did you call her father? Just to see if he would help out or come by????? (Does he know?) And how did that work out? (This would count, BIG, in court, if, he ever caused you any custodial troubles in the future. Record this info. And witnesses, names.) Real Proof! You get some rest. Take care of number one, so that you can take care of number First Girl. May God Love you, always. We do. Your Friend, Kenny
So happy to hear BabyP is improving. We are all praying for her health to return quickly. We LOVE YOU. If y'all have a moment check out my gallery for what we went through last evening... nothing compared to BabyP's health but very dramatic.
Good Morning :sunny: Glad to hear all is well with you each of you! Today, the school is having grandparents in for lunch with the kindergarten so Hubs and I will be going to eat with our four little ones. See you all later.
Oh dear. Trouble from this end now, my mother in law (91, Altzeimhers) who I look after has stopped eating. It's been about 2 weeks, although until now she would eat if we took her out for a pub lunch and she would eat at her day centre. She is getting very pale and weak and says she is just not interested in food. We have tried everything, all different types of foods, sitting with her, leaving her alone to eat, explaining that she will become ill if she doesn't eat, but she just won't. We have been in touch with the Community Psychiatric Nurse to see if changing her medication might help. This afternoon, hubby is taking her to the dentist and then to the doctor for a checkup, to eliminate any physical causes. She also seems to be getting a bit more delusional (although she has always been a bit strange, even before she developed the Altziemhers). It's such a worry, we can't just let her starve herself to death but we can't forcefeed her either. I don't know how well she would cope with hospital.
Any chance of getting her to eat a brownie or something with a littie magic green in it to encourage the munchies? Does she smoke?
LOL! She doesn't smoke but of course a good case of the munchies would be wonderful for her! Hubby took her out to lunch today and she ate exactly 3 grapes. And complained about the wine, which is unheard of, because normally she LOVES wine.
