Gary Mckinnon a British hacker whose only crime was that he searched pentagon and other military computers for evidence of a UFO cover up could face 70 years in a USA jail - whereas if he had murdered someone and faced a British court he would have walked free - like most murderers do in Britain after about 6 years sometimes they only do 3 years for murder.
THIS MAN MUST NOT FACE TRIAL IN THE USA.

This must not be allowed to happen for 3 prime reasons

    1) the man is clearly not mentally well - he gave up a very good job to pursue claims of UFO sightings. He needs psychiatry not prison, and at a local clinic.

    2) People from the USA are rarely, if ever, extradited to Britain to face up to a british court when they commit crimes against Britain or on British territory.

    3) The sentence is not in accord with any decent level of sentencing and is not comparable even with sentencing handed down to murderers in Britain - If he were tried in Britain he would get 2 years maximum - The USA is being barbaric.
