this verry good on its own without meat in it, though its usully made with pork or turky in it youll need olive oil for frying 10 tomotillas 1 lb sliced mushroom 1 onion one can of drained and rinced kidney beans 2 green peppers 3 cloves of crushed garlic 8-10 jalepnionos , (remove the seeds if you dont want it too hot) 2tbls balamic vinigar juice of half a large lime juice (all spices are dried not fresh), use fresh if you can but youll need more 1 tblsp cumin 2 tblsp corinander 4 tblsp majoram 4 tblsp cilantro salt to taste 1-2 cups of water fry the cut up onions, green peppers, murshooms , garlic, amd peppers untill they start to get tender, then add the diced tomotillas spices, beans and and balasmic vinigar,and let simmer for about an hour. the tomtotilas will muish up turn into a sause. add the water to thin it down a bit. mix in tne fresh lime juice before serving, and serve it on rice. I like to put a large dolop cottage cheese on it too.
