Government controlling the weather and so on

The government is using HAARP to control the weather and are damaging our atmosphere big time in the process. What are your thoughts on the HAARP program, also keep in mind that the US is not the only nation that has and is using this technology.

 

China did it in 2008 . clearing the beijing sky not having rain and clearing the bad air pollution . so yes score for idiot mind man ,

 

I find the idea very scary!

 

This has been going on for quite some time now to my understanding. I've also heard a theory where, say, the US in essence is trying to use this weather manipulation technology more so for military purposes than purely to control weather for something more innocent like agricultural reason. It IS a pretty scary thought indeed.

 

It's definitely real, and it's going on all the time. In fact, I don't believe any of the weather experienced around the globe is completely natural anymore. Of course there is HAARP, but that is probably quite archaic compared to some of the recent developments in scalar technology. HAARP might actually be a red herring, though I don't doubt that it can be used, and has been used, in the past. The aerial spraying known as chemtrails I believe also plays a big role in the ongoing manipulation of our weather.

I personally believe that most of the manipulation of our weather is now being done from space, by satellites.

 

I've also heard things about it bein used for military purposes...maybe thats why the united states has had 2 massive tornado outbreaks within a years time, one of which is goin on as I type this. The weather pattern is in actuality not much of a pattern anymore, it's wild crazy and not natural. The govt and people in charge truly do not understand what they are doin to the earth

im right with you man. there are technologies being used that are far more advanced then HAARP lol cell satellites not on receive frequency, but also transmit it, and very accurately as well. i dont know how much weather manipulation goes on from space, but I know HAARP is the center for that...

 

I think they made the tornado outbreaks, the one that happened in bama last year and in the plains yesterday

 

it's kinda like the 3d holograms they've been working on to shoot in the sky to supposedly distract the enemy. all the technology the govt has is utterly terrifying

No i think they are very much aware of their actions. I think the problem is more of a 'we refuse to give up any power, and now this is the future on how to keep our power and remain under control'

I'm sure they have been aware of their actions for decades. I would imagine once the ball started to roll, or the box was opened, it would not be stopped, or be closed.

Once the idea is their it doesn't just stop.

 

Yes. China used it. US using it. Unfortunately, the more they force it to rain in a certain location that equal amount of water will not fall elsewhere and that factor can't be controlled.

I really hope there are some guidelines as to how they're doing this crap somewhat "ethically". Makes you wonder about the Japan / Haiti quakes and other things too.

The fact they often are removing earthquake data from the USGS site shows ya they are NOT ALL NATURAL!!

 

I firmly believe the Japan/Haiti earthquakes were caused by man. They are messing with things they need to leave alone.

 

Hmm, possible, but we can't also forget about the polar shift that's apparently been been happening lately. This alters the gravitational pull and thus movement of the earth's plates and tidal changes may also occur. The way I understand it is that shifting takes place every so often(I can't remember the exact time interval), and just so happens that it's happening now type thing.

And most importantly, Japan has ALWAYS been an earthquake central in the first place. Quakes aren't anything unusual in Japan. It's just that the 3/11 one was just REALLY big.
