ok im wondering a few things what really is a good description of "goth" music.. anyone able to list a few bands to help?.. and anyone able to list off a few 60s punk bands.. i know of velvet underground and the stooges but forgot the rest.. ah well
Well I can help with the goth music.The goth music scene is, although many of the " punks" I know would shoot me for saying this, a subculture of the punk rock scene. It is dark and very often ethereal metal - I personally love Goth metal.Also, goth bands tend to have both male and female vocals. A few seriously good goth bands are: Nightwish theatre of tragedy lacuna coil the gathering after forever within temptation Dargaard edenbridge lullacry there are a whole lot more than that, hope that helps any.... peace and love xxxxxxx
