glastonbury.!!!!!!

saw kasabian on the tv last night from glastonbury. awesome awesome awesome.

 

saw Mummza and bloc party without drowning in a mud bath or being crushed by party bulls. I had the privalage to sit at home and watch it on my 32 inch tv.

 

Oh John, but then you completely miss the experience!

 

Experience. More like trauma. Fifty thousand bulls dancing in complete serondipity and syncronicity. When I went to Womad back in 96, it was so packed, and so hot. Me and a few other people, jumped off Caversham bridge and into the thames. The police couldn't do nothing to stop us. Glastonbury is just too wet, too muddy and too crowded. It is like a cattle disco.

I refuse to watch it on TV or go to it now as these days its just a load of old money making tosh There was a time a few years back when it really was a part of every teenagers must do things but now its just a part of every sad status-monger-wankers dream

 

Sadly that's how things go, but it doesn't mean you can't still enjoy it.
