Getting in touch with a soldier

I met a guy a few years ago that was from my area, and I know he was an Army Ranger, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a way that people can contact (or get a list) of people who are Rangers on the internet?
I'm sure thisis really a hard thing to do, but you never know.

Any help would be great!

 

actually I think it is www.cnn.com that has a list of all the soldiers who were killed in Iraq, so they might have a list of the ones that are still alive over there. Its either that site or Headline News, I dont remember

 

Unless you are a family member, or can get a family member to help you, there is little chance you can get in contact with a soldier. I know a dude who wanted to get in touch with this reservest he met in florida once, and they told him he needed to be a family member, that's all i know, could be different though.
