hello all, Are they really "coffee shops" there----I thought a bar was still a bar?? Does Belgium actually call it something altogether different, seems odd? But when you find the bar you want try ordering one of these to drink---absinthe It is quite a bitter drink, like good dark chocolate is bitter, but interesting all the same!
