gage piercings, weird smells

when you take your gaged jewelry out of your ears, does it smell weird? i know a few people who have had the same thing, and i want to know if you guys use any special solution to i guess clean it or keep em smelling fresh. i have a 4g and a few other smaller ones

 

Just clean it regulary, thats all, don't know of anything else ???

 

ear cheese is fairly common; it's just a build up of skin oils and cells. Yeah, basically, just clean those plugs often. If its a fully healed piercing, its not a bad idea to take them out and clean them a couple times a week.

Also, some people say wood plugs limit the smell because they absorb the oils, but I've never used them and they shoould only be used on fully healed holes.

Yes, in fact the bigger the gage got the stinkier they got. I am currently at 5/8" and they smell pretty bad. I massage with tea tree oil to help it go away.

hm ok, i'll try cleaning it more..i was actually thinking about the wooden kind. i have plastic and bone right now, had em for like 5 yrs.

 

I don't think anybody can resist smelling their ear cheese.

Dunno if it's the same with dick cheese. I'd imagine so.

 

let it smell, never wash them, then you can have fun picking the remains out of the pits in your ear things if you have interesting ones rather than just ordinary plugs or metal flesh tubes etc.

 

yea, what is it about smelling your own ear cheese.... wee -errrd. but gotta do it hehe
