so i just turned 19 in september, and was already called once for jury duty in mid July (was 18 obviously), which sucked but whatever. however i just got ANOTHER summons, a few months later, for a different court and because i didn't actually serve the first time, i needa go again. am i on some kind of list? fucking sucks.
I served jury duty a few times including as the foremen of the jury on an assault n’ battery case in superior court; we found the defendant not guilty and I wasn't called agian. Although I've since moved out of state; I sometimes wonder If that verdict was why I wasn't called again during the remaining 5 years I lived in state Hotwater
if you want to get out of it, just ask if your friend Mike can come with you, and say he's right here now, can't you see him. Just totaly fuck with them and make them think you are crazy with something like that. Those lawyers will get rid of you so fast your head will spin. lol it works.
welllll my college student status has me exempt i better not see another notice for 10 years, at least.
