There in NO SUCH THING as a person in 'debt' with credit cards. If you have 10 credit cards-max them out, withdraw the money from all of them and NEVER pay them a penny back. There is NOTHING they can do about it.Credit card companies and debt collectors have NO legal power. The only thing they can do is put a 'black mark on your credit. To many people do not know this. The best thing to do is get as many redit cards with the highest credit limits you can get. Then buy a house and a car,or whatever you want to do.Good news also, if you owe money to credit card companies or debt collectors, just do not pay those legal loan sharks back. You all get the idea.Remember this has nothing to do with being a good person or not. These companies are criminals.Use the law to your advantage. When applying for credit cards only give your cell(mobile) phone number, never give your work number or home number or any details.

    this is very true

i found it out quite by accident

i have owed cc companies over 20k for some time

one has sued me, which i have ignored

after a certain number of years the black marks will go away

and i will get another handful of cards

    [this time with a purpose!]

Yes,if credit card companies or debt collectors tried to sue even 1 percent of those that owe money those companies would go out of business within a month. It is far less expensive to write off(forget) people who owe for example $20,000.The fact that you were even sued amazes me.But do not be concerned becuase again there is NOTHING they can do.It really is free money. If they give you a call, just change your phone number to an unlisted one,or just tell them to go fuck themselves. This applies to anyone and everyone.

Again owing money to a credit card is NOT being in debt.

the reason i ignored the lawsuit is that i won over the guy from the debt collection agency and he as much admitted that the lawsuit would accomplish nothing except to lengthen the amount of time they could try to pursue me

that was 5 years ago . . . i have not heard from them [or anyone else] in all that time

Oh, so the reason the US is possibly in recession, is because of you guys?

It might well be 'free money' to you guys, but those that pay theirs off, are lumped with high APR. So, in the end somebody does pay. But, keep Livin' la Vida Loca - if it makes you happy.
I could not do it, personally.

NO 'odon' the one of many reasons the US is in recession is because people MISTAKENLY think they are in 'debt to credit card companies. To quote John Edwards when talking about dealing with drug companies, credit card companies, big business in general-"You cannot be nice to these people".I will not comment any further simply because I hope the information I gave helps people. And if it even helps one person, than I've done my job.I hope it helps many people.

odon, there are so many ways to simplify economic theory

why pick the way that enables the system of exploitation to continue on?

    i prefer the old-time religion

I't is a shame my emoticons don't work because I'd have added a few rolling eyes. To be fair, I'm taking a wild stab in the dark with what I said. And was joking , a little. I'm sure you are right. I'm sure it is wise not to go any further. I do see the method in your madness. Their is a decency there, somewhere, I'm sure. But, at the back of my mind I still do think somebody does pay for it, somehow (not the credit card companies).

forrealz, if you have any other tips on wealth redistribution i would be delighted to hear them

if everyone ran up credit cards the banks would crash and we might have a chance at redemption

[i am feeling mildly apocalyptic this morning]

odon, i was a dollar or two from homelessness when i got into the cards

after a couple of years i was even worse off

fuck those people with their 20% interest and late fees

sorry to anyone who borrows money, but, as they say

never a lender nor a borrower be

i wish i'd thought about that sooner, maybe it should be printed on every dollar bill

[george bush should have it tattooed on himself, a la 'the penal colony']

It just seems wrong. No, not 'eat the rich' .
It just seems like it exploits the poor and the middle-classes.
Shucks, the majority of people who use credit.
If you can find me some info where this economic theory is set out.
I'll read it, alter my mind, join the party.
At the moment, I cant fathom it.
It seems far too good to be true (and I have looked into it - obviously not hard enough).

odon, the debtor prisons went out a hundred years ago

though i suspect they will come back soon

    [act quick!]

as far as exploiting the poor goes, my household income [2 people, 4 cats] is $600 or so a month

i am not sure how i'd go about paying back those banks so they could help all those poor people they are busy ripping off

    Haha

I was being slightly hyperbolic there, where ever I end up, It won't be cool
(that was my point). I have bad luck.

I do appreciate it is a double edged sword.

    my final word

i got into this accidentally, stumbling, feeling extremely guilt-free [and credit-free] afterwards

one person doing it intentionally might be construed as a negative karmic situation

a few thousand people doing it intentionally might be construed as a revolution

    [kill ugly banks now]

    My final word(s):

"a few thousand people doing it intentionally might be construed as a revolution [kill ugly banks now] "

These kinds of revolutions frighten me. You frighten me. I'm frightened.
We just have different philosophies, I think.

it is good to be afraid of revolutions

    they always turn out badly

[look at the one that happened in the u$ 200+ years ago]

    nonetheless, we must have them

    [and often]
