Hi all So, my works Xmas do is looming on the horizon. It's VERY formal - tux for the guys and tends to be evening dresses / ball gowns for the women. Now, I won't wear a dress, I wouldn't be comfortable or feel like me. I'm going for a ladies tix and waistcoat. Black tux, and I like a nice light grey waistcoat I've found. But what colour shirt do I wear? No one I know really understands the question- I don't want to look or dress like a guy, but my fashion sense isn't the best! Advice please? Thanks in advance!
A lady tux sounds great - maybe a pastel coloured shirt? (I'm not a fashionista) As long as you are not trying to look like a man, your femininity will glow through.
I'm sure that you will find something. Take the waistcoat with you and try the two together before buying. It doesn't really matter what you where if you feel great in it! Have a great time when it comes anyway
