When Jenny comes back to live with Forest in his mothers house she sleeps all the time, what is her condition that makes her sleep so much?
AIDs or HIV, remeber she was doing heroin, then she says the doctors say i have a virus they dont know how to treat it...
Yeah, it's AIDS.. But I don't think it was the disease that made her sleep like that, she was just exhausted of having nowhere to go, nowhere comfortable where she felt secure, and finally she finds a nice big comfy house and bed with her best friend... that's why she sorta caught up.
She didn't have AIDS yet at that point in the movie. Remember, in the next few scenes Jenny sleeps with Forrest and ends up pregnant.. But yeah, it's just the whole thing that she's been on the road and drugged up and disturbed for over a decade, she can finally get some rest.
she does do him wrong, but its the fact that he's always by her side... the way she has been braought up.. everything becomes confused. he is devoted to her unquestionably and she doesn't think she deserves it. clearly abused all the way through her life, when she sleeps with him she believes this to be what he most desires and also... a way of being clsoe to someone whom she knows loves and cares about her deeply.. she wants to feel loved no doubt. forrest isn't after this, which she realises and gets freaked by... she's suppos to be this crap person why does this guy still want her after he's slept with her? the child is the most beautiful gift they have together and the most beautiful gift she gave to him, because the child was innocent and could have such a life she never had or could accept having till the end of her life.. with forest. i think its a beautifuly sad life story... the only time she could really allow herself to be with him was in death, her child is her rest in life and her being set free. aawwww she is bad to him, but she does love him to. she just doesn'tknow how to love, fears it even.

i love forrest gump, it is a turley beaitful flim, really funny aswell just the idea that this simple kind hearted guy ends up getting chought up in major histroic moments and lives such a full life.some great quotes in there two
That movie is the most depressing movie I ever saw and I saw it alot during the summer of 1994. it is hard to watch, very sad.
