Hey there, wasn't very keen on doing this, but oh well. When I'm fully erect my foreskin doesn't pull to the back to the head and it isn't pleasant to try and pull it back. What should I do?
Akaria - it may just be something that will cure itself as you get older. Don't force it. However, you may have Phimosis, an overly tight foreskin, which will need surgery or stretching exercises. Phimosis is sometimes cured by taking a hot bath, and then putting hydrocortizone cream on the glans and underside of your foreskin and gently pulling it back. You may have to do this for a month or so before you can retract it easily. If this does not work, consult a doctor and see if a circumcision is necessary. If the problem is an overly short frenulum (the stringy thing in the "inverted v"on the underside of the glans), you will need a frenuloplasty, a minor outpatient operation. But see a doctor if you feel you can't deal with it yourself. Don't be embarrassed - he has dealt with this problem before. About 15% of uncut guys have the problem you have.
Akaria - I had this same problem when I was around your age and it just passed with age. There will be cases where it doesn't but certainly don't worry about it too much, it is definitely something that can be fixed. Haha, I remember once when I was 14 I forced the foreskin to come back over the head and then I couldn't get it to go back again for three very uncomfortable days! Cutted's advice about the hot bath and hydrocortizone would definitely be worth trying - don't try and pull the skin back when it's totally dry anyway, you could get rawness, inflammation and cracking skin from this! Eek! Just take it easy, slow...and remember that there's nothing wrong with you...it's a common thing!
