Man, I only wish I was hungry today. Kinda bums me out. All I've had today was half a grilled chicken, cheese, and lettuce sandwich, a few nachos, and a small cup of ice cream, all from work. What have you eaten today? And if you could have any meal in the entire world right now, what would it be? I think if I was hungrier, I'd have one hell of a time choosing between a steak cooked by Daniel (with mashed potatoes, green beans, and garlic bread) and a breakfast sampler platter at IHOP, lol. Hey, I still have an appetite, just no hunger. Hehe.

Grilled salmon with lemon garlic suace, a steak medium topped off with tabasco suace, baked potatoe with sour cream and chives and lots of butter, a small salad with blue cheese, and for desert a nice peice of chocolate cake.. The next day a cardio doctor to try to revive me and my arteries

Hahaha. Yep, you might definitely need an angioplasty after that meal, Yank.

I'm hungry but there's nothing in the house that I really wanna eat. I might order in a pizza. I really want restaurant food but it's raining out and thus I don't wanna venture outside.

Mmmmm, sounds good, Weave. I'm thinking of making a grilled chicken breast smothered in barbecue, with some potato wedges... YES! That should do me up good for the rest of the evening.

so i've had a cheeseburger, 2 snapple apple drinks, and 3 slices of pizza so far today.

and if i could have any meal i want, i'd have "Braised Shark's Fin (Imperial). its a chinese dish. it just sounds delicious, but takes atleast 1 week notice, and takes about 6 days to cook just right - cost about $350, but serves up to 4 people....but it sounds ridiculously good, so thats what i want :D

I forgot to add, before I grudgingly went to the homecoming game, I got a corndog at a gas station here in town. It was good. Haha.

One of the best dishes, I think, is to go to Speedy's mexican restaurant and get the chicken/cheese quesadilla (sp?) and an order of cheese sticks with the white cheese dipping sauce.
It's pretty basic, in fact, not very Mexican at all. It's just chickn wrapped in a soft white tortilla with lettuce and a stringy white cheese inside.
I like to order a cup of the white cheese sauce and pour it on top of the quesadilla thing and eat it with a fork. I dip the cheese sticks into the sauce too.

If you've got a crockpot, go to your local Pathmark/Shoprite/A&P/Stop & Shop/Winn Dixie/Publix/Piggly Wiggly/whatever the fuck, grab a couple of pounds of cheap assed pork shoulder or butt, some good pre-jarred rub, or make your own, press the spice into the pork, throw it in the crock pot with a pint of 'real' barbecue sauce and let it cook for 12 to 18 hours.

Shred that shit with a fork and throw it on a roll and you're having a tasty meal. To do it best would be to slow barbecue it over low heat coals...but in a pinch the crock pot works wonders.

All the Southern folk will be busting my chops here with the proper recipe hopefully...heh heh...crock pot just ain't proper....
