I think most people who have eaten white on white in the past few months feel the same way. ;-) I'm not sure what crystal was used to lay the mars attacks, but those mother fuckers are pretty strong, seemed stronger than the white on whites for me.
Yeah, the "white on white" was so strong that even though the hits sold to me were mishandled (taken straight out of a plastic bag and given to me by hand) they rocked my world for almost 24 hours.
Yea I really didn't get too too spun at bonnaroo, I kind of took it easy. I ate a hit of white on white thursday night when I got there just to see what all the hype was about without getting all googley-eyed for 20 hours, and I have to say it surprised me. It wasn't a heavy trip or anything like that, but for one hit it was a higher level of intensity than any of my previous samplings of one hit. On Sunday though, I took I think three mars attacks and one white on white, or two mars attacks, a white on white, and an unidentified blotter that was said to be needlepoint hits (I'm not sure I believe that), I don't remember... we had different types of hits all mixed together. I tripped very nicely. I was surprised again by the level of intensity I reached with what is kind of a small dose for me. The Word was just totally blowing me away, their music made my trip soooo much more intense too.
yeah, the shit i got was white on white perforated (sp?) that my boyfriend brought back from bonnaroo... that shit is soooo clean, no backache or anything. that stuff is pretty rad... i ate about 3 of those, and then 2 geltabs from a rave thing we were at... the geltabs made my stomach upset, but the white on whites were awesome...
Yea, I think you probably shouldn't say anything about how clean the LSD was. The fact is that unless you're eating crystal you won't notice the difference from needlepoint down to silver, maybe even amber. If you're not that experienced with known samples, you'd probably even eat champagne and not know. Backaches are not caused by crappy LSD. A crappy time is caused by crappy LSD, and maybe a little nausea/general sickness.
well.... i will admit, i am not an experienced LSD user, but my experiences have shown that some LSD really causes my back to hurt, my lower back. this stuff that i ate caused NO backache or anything... no nausea or general sickness... thats why i said it was clean, because it didnt give me any general problems. these are just my experiences.
Experience is good, definately a good way to learn- but first look to other reasons for your backache. For example, you may find yourself in a very strange position for a long time when tripping. You'll all of a sudden be like whoa why the hell was I sitting that way? Or you may never even notice because you are too spun anyways. Or you do something strenuous without realizing, then you forget cause of the drugs. These are a couple common, more plausible reasons why people get backaches or muscle aches the day after tripping. But hey, who gives a shit, you're eating fluff! Smiling ear to ear, tasting colors, hearing john medeski on the hammond when there's no music actually playing... ahhh fun times.
why does everyone think they know everything about everything on this board? drugs affect people differently than they affect you. ive had acid that makes my back and other random parts of my body, and no, it wasn't because i was in the same position for 9 hours. each batch is different, which introduces many new variables into the equasion.
Well ketariffic if you spent hours and hours doing research both in a university environment and on your own, maybe you wouldn't want to disseminate misinformation just like everybody else. However, I see this is not the case...
hey, im sorry if i caused a rumble... i dont know a whole lot about acid, i thought you COULD tell acid's purity by if it didnt make your back hurt, but i guess i stand corrected! no fights here, guys!
You didn't cause a rumble. You were misinformed and I just thought I'd let you know ... the problem is when someone feels like they should post, just because they like to disagree just for the sake of disagreeing. You were never once a bitch in your posts or otherwise snappy. Another thing with muscle aches- they can also be caused by too much muscle tension; LSD is a hallucinogen, but it's also a stimulant, some people get muscle tension when on certain stimulants.. This can lead to aches- this isn't a way to guage potency or purity though, it's a side effect of the drug.
yeah, i was thinking about the muscle tension.... a couple of times my back like "squirreled" out.... "squirrel" being my word for becoming really tense and wigging out for a few seconds. do you think that the muscle tension from the LSD caused that?
It's a possibility, muscle tension is a side effect of LSD, and many other drugs. Also a side effect of other natural things in your body I believe.
after reading all the posts, 2cesarewild has it right. backaches are no way to gauge LSD. it is entirely a cause of: 1. physical activity during the trip. 2. body reaction to the drug (ie. muscle tension), as he pointed out. sometimes you may experience this tension and sometimes not, depending on numerous factors such as how relaxed you are during and prior to the experience. physical positions are really a huge factor when considering any pain too. i have laid down by a creekbed with my back being bent backwards on a bed of ROCKS for at LEAST on hour before i stopped looking at the rainbows in the trees and picked myself up. still, though, i've never had backpain, but i am damn sure that's how you would get it! peace.
