first time smoking from my pipe...

So I to a pretty big piece in my bowl. And started to smoke. But I dont know if I did i wrong cause I only got 2-3 real hits then it just ended. no more smoke and the pot just didnt light again.

can it be that my pot was very packed?

 

Just keep lighting it. Push it down a bit too with your finger or lighter. Next time try grinding it up more. The more you grind it, the easyer it is to light.

I hope your inhaling while your lighting the bowl to actually burn the weed. If you are and the bowl aint rippin, unpack the bowl, break the weed up more then try again. If that doesnt work then just pack less weed.

But as suggested, grind up/break up your nugs, hold lighter on the bud and inhale, then you'll get some nice hits.
