That was one of the easiest interviews I've had. Hired on the spot! I am going to deal with the crap of driving my wife to work before I go to work and Skye can hang out with Grandma for a couple of weeks. Then she can quit her job and stay home with Skye and I will be the one who works. She doesn't need the stress, being pregnant and all. It will be nice for her to get out of that hell hole she is working in anyway. I start next Tuesday. I will have her put in her two weeks notice then.
ooo, congrats! i'm glad you got to stay at home with your boy as long as you did. i'm sure you've learned things some fathers never do i am excited that your wife gets her turn as the stay at home parent though! best wishes to you all!
congrats!! I think just two days with the kids all day would drive my husband totally insane, but it would be a huge wake-up call...maybe all dads should stay home with the kids for a while. You are such a fabulous Daddy and husband!!
You're making me blush, but seriously, I agree. The fathers in todays society need to take a more active role in raising their children. I wouldn't give up the time I had for anything, I don't really want to give it up now, but I know it's time to let mama have her turn. It'll be nice when spring hits and Skye and I can go on vacation. We are planning on taking a few days to go camping, just him and I.
