Finally did it today, walked into a Matco tool truck for the first time in 10 years. Did not want to step in at first. Gave me a bad taste due to the previous dealer being an asshole 10 years ago. I hated him for being too pushy on selling me things and gave me the run around on things. Last one was on a tool I had him order, asked him if it was in and he would blow up on me screaming at me maybe. I quit buying from him and Matco did pull his franchise getting too many complaints. New dealer whom started this week put a flyer on my toolbox. Did not want to step in and saw I went through a lot from that previous dealer. Did finally get me to walk in and said he was not like that previous dealer which he convinced me showing his customer service is good. Seen I had my eye on a screwdriver set and told me he would make a deal on it. That sold me on it and bought it from him. We connected and seen his USMC sign and told him I did my time in there too. Said he seen my Marines flag on the wall. He did not have one screwdriver set in stock and ordered it, said possibly next week. Seen he was truthful giving me an answer. Good thing it all worked out.
