It could have been her episiotomy incision scar tearing some. It could be break- through bleeding or spotting. It depends on the amount of blood.....but calling her doctor wouldn't hurt and might make her feel better. Yes, sex after having a child can hurt. I know for me it hurt worse after having my son then the first time I had sex. Depends on the woman.
