You're quite misinformed about the cause and nature of global warming. It's not caused by humans, nor is it a longterm threat. It's caused by the sun heating up, which is a natural cycle that has been going on for millions of years. It gets hotter, and it cools down again. Always has. And even if it was caused by humans, what you're talking about wouldn't make a bit of difference. Do you know how much CO2 is produced by industry in places like China? Enough that, if it was the cause of global warming, we'd all be screwed.

But things like volcanoes are responsible for the vast majority of CO2 emissions anyway. One fair-sized volcano emits more CO2 than all the cars in the world in the same amount of time. Chew on that.

I suggest you read Al Gore's book, An Inconvenient Truth.* He clears up many of the misconceptions you have about man made global warming. I wish you were right, but unfortunately the situation if far more grave then you let on. If you win my auction, I will send you bi-weekly emails that will educate you about how you can help stop global warming!

*If you bid just $99.01 more, I will send you an autographed copy.

Thanks, but I'll pass on Al Gore's neocon crap. You should really look into who this man is and what agendas he's involved in before you believe what he writes.

Which of my facts specifically do you take issue with? Can you dispute the fact that the sun has a natural cycle of temperature fluctuation, and always has? Can you make a sound argument that, if CO2 emissions were the cause (which they aren't), people making minor lifestyle changes could have any significant effect on the "problem"? Can you provide evidence that humans are in fact responsible for the majority of the world's CO2 emissions?

I doubt it, since these are all facts. Do some research on Al Gore.
