...favorite brands...

if applicable, what are some of your favorite brands of food, clothing, alcohol, cigarettes, condoms, electronics, footwear, etc. ? are you loyal to any brand?

 

I love Helmans mayo. Can't use any other brand.
And, I'm obsessed with CK jeans, they fit really good....they have a lot of them at the local thrift stores.
And, childrens place clothes for Alexis. They withstand her.
And, when I'm wanting a soda, I drink Dt. Mt. Dew ONLY.

 

I strictly buy Jordan brand sneakers, I guess that counts as loyalty. Those who live in America, you know.

 

I'm struggling to think of many. I generally buy Coopers beer because it is locally made and is one of the best beers in the world. I tend to go for Dean Markley Guitar strings and if I ever buy smokes, they're either Pall Mall or drum tobacco with tally-ho papers.

As far as food is concerned, I'm loyal to local businesses that none of you would have heard of, except maybe Icecream. If I can get Ben & Jerry's then I won't eat anything else.

 

I really like Clinique for my skin care. I really like Burt's Bees products as well.

 

I dunno. I could use a cell phone with a good light.

My A/C kicked off and I had to stumble with a crappy samsung looking for the right breaker.

I like Archer Farms stuff I guess.

 

Burt's Bees chapstick is one of my favorite things.

 

yeah, for some of my make up.
a specific brand for each of them.

I'm not so hung up about the fact that some people use brands as a fashion accessory to admit that I like some brands because of the goods they make.

I like AVON stuff for my makeup and all my bath stuffs.

 

avon has wonderful shower gels. the strawberry & guava one is my favorite

it leaves me smelling delicious

I have like....50 of their shower gels. I'm a rep. :biggrin: So, I thought I was biased and I'd get a lot of flack for saying it. Lol.
I use pretty much all of their toiletries.

 

how do you like it? i almost got trapped into selling mary kay products by miss teen connecticut. sometimes i still think about doing it though. my environment is perfect for it. i live with and am surrounding by girls 24/7

 

Palm cellphones all the way.
Nexus Shampoo.
And avon for MY make-up and shower stuff.
Neutrogena is nice too.

 

Viva Papertowels for my papertowels

Campbells for my canned soup

Bare Minerals for my foundation

Those are the only ones I could think of on the top of my head...

Love it. It pays my bills because I'm pretty much the only one around my area that sells it hardcore. Lol.
MK is alright, pricey. I sold it for a bit, but it was too expensive. If it's still the same, you have to keep products in stock and have a certain amount of sales each thingy to be considered 'active'. Plus, you have to dress TOP all the time....it's a lot of work and it didn't really pay off, around here anyway. 'Course, we're po' folk.
With AVON, I don't have to keep stock of anything unless I want to for on-the-spot sells, I also keep stock because I offer free gifts with a purchase of $20 or more....it rolls in the customer. My customers order what they want and I place the order and deliver it. I've not really had any problems. Everything is priced low and it's great quality.
