I do "twist" crunches, plus an elbow to knee while standing manuveur. I'm sure there's an actual name for the exercise, but basically I kind of bounce up to balance on one leg and touch my elbow to the opposite knee, and then switch to the other leg, repeat, and so on.

lol at attacks on a persons character in this forum as for me i do regular crunches with a 20 pound weight on my chest you have to make sure your doing it right though because you can build muscles oddly on your abs
