Gees! There's so many to choose from It's always puzzled me why (sweeping statement to follow ) "Un-Hip" people choose to post on a "Hip" forum. I think the Dok mentioned this, but why do traditionalists wish to post on a progressive forum? Not to mention the fact that this an ANTI-WAR site. A different view can add spice to a debate. If their debates were well thought through and didn't slide into personal attacks I don't think I would have a problem with them being here. As it is however, they tend to disrupt for the sake of disruption with no interesting views or new arguments to add. Just my thoughts.... Love Clairexxx

Yeah it pisses me off that there are so many reactionary pro-war wankers here. What makes them think they are "hip"? It's like anyone who shouts loudly in defense of their backwards ideas... you wonder how insecure or guilty they must need to be to spend so much time yelling about how wrong everyone else is. I have no problem with debate and disagreement, but when you have people espousing such backwards and loathsome ideas as homophobia or advocating violence - usually very loudly - it can really get in the way of progressive debate. Recently I think it has got worse on the UK community with the arrival of some reactionary muppets speaking up for war and intolerance. I won't name any names... I don't have any favourites, I generally find each as distasteful and ill-informed as the next!
He does seem to be stealing the crown. It isn't his views I find disturbing though, you kinda get used to them. It's more that he seems to be arguing stuff for the sheer hell of it. Maybe he/she's a bot?
Tell you what though ... I spend most of my time on here in the UK forum, however after reading through some stuff in the "America Attacks" forum I think our right wing nutters are mild in comparison to some of that lot.
