    I would check out www.rawreform.com

and look into colon hydrotherapy...and raw foods...YOu can lose up to 15 pounds in one colonic session and if you eat raw food it will stay off easily.

chicken, veggies, rice, fish.... Swimming is a very good way to work out. It burns lots more that walking or running.

Losing 30 pounds in 1 month is definatley possible. With enough effort you could do 30 pounds in 15 days, but your going to be working your ass off.

    1. Bike/Exercise Bike/Jog/Run/Treadmill - 20 to 30 Miles per Day (Exercise Bike is easiest)
    2. Cut out ALL Milk, Cheese, Soda, Sweets
    3. Drink at least 4 Full Glasses of Water per day
    4. Breakfast should be mostly Eggs/Bacon/Fruit
    5. Lunch should mostly be Salads/Bean Burritoes/Fruit/Veggies
    6. Dinner should be eaten before 4 PM and should be light and filling. Salad/Fruit/Bean Burritoes/Veggies are good
    7. Meals should be alternated everyday so your body doesn't get used to the same food over and over
    8. Any Sauces or Dressings should be used sparingly
    9. This ones easy :) Stretch Every Day

I've done 30 pounds in 30 days, it's easy, but you've got to make sure you don't go off the plan

4 PM is at night in case you missed that. And your not starving yourself, your letting your body burn the food and fat all night long.

GreenXXX - Yea you only have to do one of the exercises for 20 - 30 miles a day, not all of them :) I think if anyone did all of those for 20 - 30 a day they'd be dead by Day 2 LOL

3 meals a day is crap, especially when working out...its crap for people who sit all day.
and stopping at 4pm, your going to put your body into a catabolic state way before you even sleep. which is ridiculous.

you should be eating every 2-3 hours. each time you eat you need to include lean protien, veggies and/or fruits, and healthy fats. up your protein intake, its takes energy to process the protein - a lot more energy than it does processing carbs and fats. this will help you get lean. you want your dietary energy balance neutral through out the day, which is why you eat every 2-3 hours. many people just load up at dinner and have too little at breakfast and have nothing inbetween. eat throughout the day, it helps regulate your blood sugar levels, keeps your energy levels constant and keep your metabolic rate up. quality carbs during breakfast, such as oatmeal would be great. add fruit to the oatmeal. this is the traditional oatmeal or steel cut oatmeal, not that quick crap. and eat carbs after working out, they'll be used more effieciently then.

eat more lean protein, fruits and veggies!

cut drinks with calories...so drink water. you should be pissing clear multiple times per day, and strive to be pissing clear after a work out to. if your not, then your probably not getting enough water. green tea is good too.

unless you're working out for long periods of time, without consuming anything other than water, then you won't have to worry about replacing electrolytes for the most part. your after-workout meal will deal with that.

and read the article i posted...it goes into more detail abotu how long steady state cardio (biking 20 miles or running a few miles) is on the bottem compared to more proficient type of workout (heavy weight lifting, HIIT, circut training, intervals, etc). steady state cardio may burn more calories during the session, but it does crap for you after yoru workout. the HIIT, intervals, etc, all increase EPOC and raise your metabolic rate throughout the day while your not working out, which aids in fat loss in greater quantities than steady state cardio. basically increase the intensity. you can do intervals and tabatas on an exercise bike if you want. but just biking 20-30 miles a day isn't going to cut it to lose weight, compared to other methods i listed. i biked across the US, with a full packed bike (50-60 pounds) averages 70-100 miles a day, going 15-20 mph.
    i lost 7 pounds.

there's plenty of great green tea out there. from loose leaf to bags to extracts...search and experiment and see which one you like. i've heard good things abotu going to supermarkets in china town or tea shops.

green tea isn't magical, it just aides in your healthy eating. find one that tastes good to you and drink it

and if were talking antioxidant profiles...studies have shown 100% cocoa (not a Hershey chocolate bar or snickers or whatever), but a real 100% cocoa has up to 3x the antioxidants than green tea

i don't know about the beans, maybe its worth looking into...if i do get cocoa though, i get like a 70% chocolate bar from Lindts or somewhere that has a high percentage of cocoa in it...i hear its wicked bitter when its higher than that and gets close to 100%

just something to check out...green tea is delicious, and cheap, so yea...a good chocolate bar can get expensive haha

Watch out for that "Chocolate is good for you" scam. If you listen closely to the reports on it they always state that chocolate "has good things in it", not that "it's good to eat chocolate". It's the same as saying that Crack has things in it that are good to cook with, while not mentioning that their only referring to Baking Soda.
