I just finished watching the first season of Fallout. This hot show (8.3 rating) stars Waldon Goggins last from White Lotus and Kyle McLaughlin from Twin Peaks. It's about the lead up and aftermath of a nuclear war. What's left of civilization 200 years later survives in a series of locked vaults spread out over the USA, or what remains of it. Despite the expected horror and violence depicted as humans try to survive, it's also funny. The acting, effects, action, characters and story are top notch, even though Fallout was inspired by a video game The main story line isn't revealed until the last few episodes of the first season, when the cause of the war are shown. So you need to bear with the mayhem because it's well worth knowing by whom and why the war started. Fallout is now streaming, along with the second season on Amazon Prime.
