i have a fake one. our living room has a really wierd set up, so i dont even know if ill put it up actually. theres the back room, but i havent decided yet. the only ornament we have is a pickle. our tradition just started, each christmas, we pick out a wierd ornament.
majority of my life its been fake..past couple years its been real. really, it doens't matter to me haha
We used to do fake, but in recent years Ive wondered if it is better for the environment, and the economy to get a real one. So 2 years ago we started getting a real one, same with this year.
we always got a real one until i moved out of my parents' house. then my mom got a fake one because my dad won't help her and she doesn't want to go out and find a tree, cut it down, drag it back to her car, strap it on, get it home, take it down, cut it some more, and mount it by herself. i have a fake one up in my attic, but i haven't set it up in a few years.
Fake...it actually looks real though. Plus I'm super lazy because I store it decorated. I just have to get it out of the closet and plug the lights in.
I don't really miss real ones all that much though. I remember my dog would always try to drink the water in the bottom thing. plus it would fall over occasionally (lol)... not to mention those pine needles getting all over the place. hmmmm
When I was little we always had a real one, and I still much prefer real trees. They just smell so nice, like christmas. But lately, we've just had a fake one. Though when my fiance and I can have our own christmas with our future kids, then we'll most definitely have a real tree.
any other choice apart from fake???????????????????????????? i really hate the fact that trees are cut to amuse us for a couple of days
fake.We had a real tree ONCE(maybe twice) as a small child. We talked about getting a real one, you can get a real one potted that you can plant in your yard after xmas---but we already have a small artificial one and should probably save the money for gifts this year.
