explain your true feelings about being alone

I like solitude... gives me an oppertunity to explore myself.

 

To whom? I'm alone here.

 

I love it, mainly cause I'm nuts and i get really scared around people

 

Being alone is better than being around people.

 

i like being alone sometimes but i find that being alone only makes go crazier
when im in the darkroom by myself i start to talk to myself cause theres no one else there and then it gets weird

 

i dont like being alone too often. just depends on the situation.
however if you're referring to being alone as far not having a significant other....well i fear that i will die alone in that sense. I dont want to be alone like that. and sometimes it bothers me that Im alone even now. but whatever right?
but if you're referring to being alone as far as too many people invading your life...then I like my privacy and appreciate it. I can only be around large groups of people for so long in all honesty and when I'm around new people....I get agitated. Then at that point I want to be left alone

im most comfortable being alone. im not a huge people person. im friendly to everyone unless they deserve otherwise...

but im really picky about who i really like to be around. right now that includes um two people. id rather either be alone or with one or both of them.

if i dont have enough alone time, i start to feel smothered and not on track with myself.

(oh, btw... im never lonely when im by myself but im sometimes lonely when im around people)

 

i think i perfer being around small groups of people
so im not talking to myself and so i dont get freaked out by having too many people around

 

I've always been a bit of the loner.

 

I'm cool with it. I like the company of close friends and family, but there is something settling of about sharing the air around you with only yourself. everyone should spend at least an hour of their day in their thoughts with no one around in my opinion.

 

me too... but after not hanging out with ppl for a while i tend to get depressed, so i sometimes have to force myself to go out to keep up friendships. i like having a few very close friends who hang out with different groups, too... more variety when i do go out.. though small groups are always best. i get really nervous and quiet at large parties.

as far as my true feelings about being alone... i enjoy it most of the time.. it's free time to do exactly what i want.

 

I love being alone I think it's an only child thing but I haven't found anyone else who enjoys it as much as I do.

 

i love talking to myself. im very entertaining.

 

I like being around people. I think all people are interesting and like hearing what they have to an extent. However, of the people I would truly spend time with, I'm very selective. Most of the time I like to have a few choice companions, but if thats not possible, I'd rather be by myself than stuff with random people.

I go through phases where all I want is to be alone, but usually a friends or two is nice.

 

i love being alone .... as said, it allows me to explore myself, no distractions ... who I truly am , what I honestly believe, without the influence of coming into contact with anyone else, except through music and reading ... no job, virtually no contact with friends, little contact with family, no job, no TV, no meat (which changed me more than most people realize it does)

I placed myself in near complete solitude ...smoking a lot of pot, eating acid, seeking & eating mushrooms, smoking salvia, hiking, camping, traveling the country, attending shows and festivals alone (a little different, but still the same idea), reading, playing music, living alone, besides my 3 pups, definetly listening to music (mostly all the Dead), drawing and painting, meditating, dancing, exploring astrology, watching people, and even moreso, watching nature, and most importantly THINKING ... all alone for one year and its been wonderful ... more than wonderful ... more than i could ever explain, although im positive many have been priviledged enough to experience the same

i believe i've truly grown out of my mynd ... by this I mean I've moved nearly my entire existance to this whole other world* ... a world full of nothing but truth, and beauty, and peace, and happiness. Every day brings mirakles into my life. I don't mean this to be typical of a Dead fan, although what could be typical of anything to do with the Dead, but I can only promise you the truth and greatness of this.

this world holds home to many other ones ... other ones Im ready to unite with and love and share this journey with

 

i am never really by myself, yet i always feel alone. usually i like being by myself because i dont really like people. i cant stand being in a large group of people, but unfortunatley i live among one. i like being alone with my thoughts, but sometimes it drives me crazy.

I enjoy solitude. And I gererally like to be with a small group of friends, rather than a large one.

 

my feelings on being alone?

well usually i don't handle total isolation very well. but sometimes i want to be alone. when i'm alone and dont want to be, i'll go crazy. like i said i don't handle isolation well and i'll get really bored then i'll start to think too much, which leads to me getting depressed...when i want to be alone i'll blast some music or play video games.
