i can definitely see why people would rank EDII as their favorite, but i think i actually prefer the first one and army of darkness.

army of darkness is my fav cuz i saw that one as a kid so i have fond childhood memories. the other two i didnt see till i was older so i dont have that association

I heard of evil dead while working @ an off broadway theatre in manhatten, there was a musical playing there and I was an usher so I had to watch it a bunch of times.

it was evil dead.

it was FUCKING HILARIOUS!

Evil Dead 2 was the best!
Army of Darkness didn't start where Evil Dead 2 left off, which is the only thing that throws it off for me. I saw Evil Dead, once, but I really don't remember it...
