I have never in my life seen one-I lived in the desert for awhile in Arizona but never seen one-I have met alot of people who claim to; but they were all high for the most part-I have this DVD to watch called UFOs Area 51-The Alien Interview This is Real!-Thats the name of it-has anyone seen this?-And just what is the connection between aliens and Earthlings-related?-I have a cousin that looks just like a gray!-(not really)lol-seriously-are they here?-or have they come and gone or when will they return?
Well.. I stargazed a lot in the late 70's (desert regions of Arizona / Nevada), came to get one question: How come I only see airplanes at night?? But we took peyote / mescaline / DMT later on and would end up in Las Vegas so it's sort of questionable what WAS high and what WASN'T.
lol-Thats what I was thinkin too-I used to see them flying over Golden Gate Park in the middle of San Francisco but we all know what caused that one-too much illusion and Owsley goin on-The aliens never stood a chance against the force of Owsley-lol-I think if a saucer landed in the park in 66; they would have played hell gettin it off the ground again-Between having hundreds of stoned freaks climbing all over and in it and trying to get it started as the big dose starts kickin in; well good luck Martians-I used to play hell just walking on the stuff let alone try sneaking around town in a flying saucer-that would be tough to do-What if they did arrive during that crazy time and went back home to tell everyone what we all looked like and did-hahahaha-the'll never be back!
i saw one once, gallup new mexico,must have been 1972 0r 1973,.i was camping by my motorcycle,at a road side park.i was looking at the big dipper.a round light appeared right in line with the star handles.it was motionless.i watched it wondering if i was just mistaken about the new site. then it slowly moved out of alignment in a reverse fish hook pattern then it accelerated out of site,like it quickly left the atomosphere.true story.
If anyone can find the book "ufo sightings in west virginia", this place we live on is listed in there as having had a ufo land inthe field by the old house. That was before we lived here tho... I saw something very obvious and unexplainable once driving on the ridge one night during a full moon. Against the moon there was this very straight line, like it was made with a ruler, across the moon, like a shadow of some kind. Reminded me of the monolith in 2010 Space oddessy.All the way across. We watched for a while. There were clouds and haze near the moon, and the line, whatever it was, slowly moved off the moon and onto the clouds. Definately like a shadow of something, but WHAT?

I was out walking my dogs. There was no moon out so it was very dark. Something caught the corner of my eye and made me look up. I saw four very bright, large, round, white lights stropping very rapidly forward. Then they would reverse and go backward. The strobe effect was very rapid. Then smaller white lights started to do a little "dance." There were more than just the four lights, other smaller lights towards the front and rear of the object. The two in front would flash together then the two in the rear, and then other lights on what looked like the top and the bottom would flash and they would play out a little pattern. The object appeared to be dark except the lights, maybe black in color. Suddenly, four much larger diamond shaped red lights appeared at the rear of the object, themselves arranged in a diamond pattern. They just stayed on for a moment, and then went out. They were so bright that you could see that the object had a kind of triangular or diamond shaped back end. Or maybe like two inverted pyramids. And this triangle was large enough to house these large red lights. Then the red lights would come back on, do a little pattern, the top and bottom one in the diamond would blink then the two sides..and then the red ones would go out again and the white ones would play another little pattern. Sometimes, the white and red lights would play a pattern together. The object was flying very slowly. Just gliding along, in no particular hurry. The object wasn't flying very high. Like about the height of an aircraft coming in for landing. Possibly between 150 to 250 feet in the air. It was difficult to judge because it was so dark. It could have been closer and smaller or it could have been further away and very large. I suddenly realized that the object was not making any sound, not a peep. Aircraft fly over all the time, and even the private planes above the clouds. I can always hear the engine clearly, let alone the jets. And this was flying so slowly and it was absolutely silent. Both of my dogs were standing perfectly still. My Rottweiler was not playing or pulling on his leash. My other dog was standing quietly in the grass. For about 5 minutes, I just stood there and watched it, growing more amazed at what I was seeing. The light patterns continued and I never could tell if it repeated the same pattern twice. The patterns were pretty complex. I can only describe it as like the lights were dancing with each other. As it moved further from me, the patterns got more simple and the red diamond lights came on less often. I was very relieved that it was moving off, away from where I was standing. While it was right above me the lights were flashing nonstop. It moved close to the nearby cellular tower which also has lights on it, to let aircraft know it is there. But it only has two beacons, slow blinking white lights like you see on any tower. The object seemed to linger in the area of the tower for a short time, but it could have still been moving steadily away, but flying slowly. Right then the neighbor that lives across the street, his truck's alarm started honking. It honked for a while until he came outside to stop it. I wanted to shout to him to come look at this thing, but it was already getting further away. I also thought about running inside and trying to get my camera, but I just couldn't take my eyes off of it. I think it was too dark to see anything in a photograph anyway. The light patterns were what made it so striking. I stared at it as it moved slowly further away. Finally, after about 5 minutes and it getting cold I wanted to go inside. When I turned my back around again the object was gone. I thought that was strange too, because I thought I should have been able to at least see a little dot but nothing. I have no idea what it was. But I do know that I know a lot about airplanes and have seen them fly over at night many times. Their collision beacons blink very slowly and they have a small red light on the tail that stays on at night. This was *nothing* like that. It was as if these lights had a program written, to get them to create a little light show. I don't know why any aircraft would have something like that. I wouldn't have believed if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. It was really something to see. I don't know if it was aliens or anything, but it sure was unusual, I've never seen anything like it in my life. I'm not too sure If I want to again either. Today I went and stood in the same exact place as I was last night. And in the daylight I could see much more clearly where this thing had been in relation to the trees, houses and other landmarks. I now believe that it was smaller and much closer to me than I originally thought. Also, today I realized that it wasn't just the doggies that were standing perfectly still, it was me too. Not like I couldn't move or anything, I just didn't "want" to. I work the outside gate. For several nights, the Public Safety Officer's, Fire and Rescue Director, maintenance guy and myself saw a triangle shaped object hovering on a mountain called Cheat. When the object moved, it would disappear and then appear but remained in the same area for a few minutes. The fire chief came to the conclusion that the area in which the object was hovering, was at the fire tower on Cheat Mountain, in Randolph County, which is approximately 10 miles south of the Pocahontas County Line. The object looked like a child's top with green, red and clear flashing lights, but there was no sound coming from the object. It was the most awesome thing we had ever seen. Night after night we gathered about 9:00 P.M. the usual time of the sighting. And there it was, as if it was waiting on us. This went on for about a week. Everybody brought their camera's, camcorders but nothing was able to be picked up. The National Radio Astronomy Observatory in Pocahontas County is within a few miles of this sighting area. My friend and I was headed south on Route 250. The red mass traveled through the atmosphere slowly and in the middle of the red mass we saw something that looked like a falling star in the distance, fall straight down then zig zag then fall straight until disappearing. The foggy red smoke had no known source and the sky was full of more aircraft than usual in the area. (Very rural area) Did anyone else witness this phenomena? We have no explanation for what in the world we witnessed tonight.. We were on our way to pick up my daughter at the home of my ex-husband, where I also used to reside when we had been married. I was telling the girl how I had seen what I believed to be a ufo about nine years previous to this night. We passed the area of the previous sighting and turned onto the road leading to my ex's house. There, just at the level of the tree tops were strobe-like bluish-white lights. "What's that?" the girl asked in alarm. I told her it had to be a helicopter. We approached the lights and pulled the car directly under them. The windows of the car were down and we stuck our heads out and stared up. The craft was small, about the size of a large car. The color seemed to absorb the color of the night. If not for the full moon I doubt we would have been able to discern the edges. It was a triangle, with one light on each angle. The craft just hovered above us emitting absolutely no sound or air movement. We sat staring in awe above us for a time, I cannot recall or even guess how long. Simultaneously the three lights went off, there was a snicking sound, and a segmented light located in the center of the craft came on. The craft then began to cruise slowly through the woods without sound or even disturbing the leaves of the trees. The girl in my car then started screaming and crying. I drove on up the road to pick up my daughter, who was standing out on the front porch yelling at a neighbor across the road to look at the strange objects gliding quietly above them. My daughter was not upset at all, only fascinated. We then proceeded to drive back to town, our destination being about 5 miles away. My friend had asked me to stop at a pay phone and call her invalid father to check on him. We stopped at a gas station just two or three miles from the original sighting to use the phone. Upon leaving my vehicle I glanced up and observed three or four glowing orbs, about half the size of a VW Beetle flying around above us and also swooping down and just skimming the ground and shooting back up quite high in the sky. Deciding to skip the phone call I jumped in my car and headed for home, quite alarmed at this point. The objects appeared to follow us all the rest of the way home. They stayed right with us. Upon our arrival at home we got out and looked into the sky. The glowing orbs were no longer visible, however there was a light flashing red and blue sitting stationary very, very high in the sky. We watched until our necks snd eyes hurt, then went inside. I was quite agitated and my friend had to give me a drink af brandy before I could calm down. The next day it seemed as if it had never really happened, although I know it did. This had been my third sighting and second of what I consider a close encounter. Too close!! This event took place quite near an airport, it was between 8 and 9pm, and yet we never heard of another person who witnessed it. Even though there was the normal amount of traffic and activity in the area. I did not report the incident to the airport or the authorities, fearing public ridicule. I know for a fact that "They" are out there, whatever or whoever they are. Sometimes I feel as if they know exactly where I am and that I am very aware of their presence. We just crested a hill when my sister said "What's that light?" I looked up and said "What light?" I kept looking when I finally saw a light (it looked like a street lamp light, but we were out in the middle of nowhere with no street lamps) off in the far distance and high in the air just hanging in one spot. We drove out the road a little farther where the road had fields one both sides. I told her to stop so I could get a look at the light. I noticed the light had an orange glow and was kinda small (I was far in the distance). I then remembered something that I read in the MothMan Prophecies about a guy shining a spotlight on an object and it then moving. So I told her to turn off her headlights. She did. That's when it started to move. It moved sideways and waving up and down. I said "Oh ----, it's moving!" My sister then freaked and sped off. Finally out at the house, we were going inside when I looked back out the road. I saw the light in a new location just hanging there once again. Top of Page
