what better way to embarrass myself then post pics of what my body looks like. I need to start taking care of my body because its not healthy. If you guys could encourage me to eat sooo much better and be active during the day, it would really hit me. I need to work on every part of me to fully be happy.
i like rock climbing the times that i have gone but its very expensive. i would like to start doing yoga every morning. i believe that will help. and i undestand no moree binge eating. my boyfriend pointed that out to me. id be like ok starting tomorrow no more sweets or bad food so id eat as much as possible untill i was sick so i wont eat it. but it only works for a few days. then im like ok starting over and so on
when I started eating well...something changed I only craved the good nutritious food.. now I never ever eat or crave sugar, just healthy food. as for rock climbing...it's free if you know where to go dance/sex/yoga of food and dreams/running biking having fun doing whatever the hell you want to do it's all good
Man...I only eat goodness...if you ever want any tips just hit me up, I'm really drunk right now, but I have tons of recipes and good advice under my belt...(huh? where?) my main advice is just eat stuff that is "REAL" your body loves it...
ok well grapefruit, broccoli, strawberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, asparagus, lettuce, peas, apples, grapes, string beans, and whatever else i find on sale at the grocery store should be good to get. the fruit should make my dier need for sweets be satisfiled.
ive never been a fan of beans, but if they were made, i eat them. i dont think ive ever cooked myself beans before other than (bushes baked beans to be exact) the time i had to go to er for slicing my pinky open from the lid of the can. im biast againt them. carrots i dont mind, peppers are yummy, like red and yellow. ok well then there that goes, but how do i go about oushing myself to go out there and run around and be active?
well, I suggested beans because of the protein. If you get protein, then don't worry about it. I'm mostly vegan, if I don't catch fish, I'm eating nutritional yeast. You just have to program in your mind that being active is good for you... ride bikes run around climb stuff have a blast...do whatever you want...just KNOW that it's good, and you will learn so much about your body and your environment. It will teach you everything you need to know.
Best way to lose weight and lose it easily is exercise and eating lets say 4-5 times a day but make them small portions. You'll trick your head into thinking your eating a lot, while training your body to learn to eat less. No need for a complex diet or exercise program. Keep it sweet and simple so you'll be sure to stick to it P.N. i know you weren't trying to be but i thought your pics were sexy

I agree, you have a lovely body. Not everyone is meant to be as slender as the actresses and models you see in the media. You have nice curves and are height and weight proportionate. If you want to slim down, do it for the health benefits. Just don't make yourself less healthy by doing that the wrong way. And, if you enjoy hula hooping, that would be an excellent way to tighten up your torso. But, I still think you are beautiful exactly the way you are right now.
Embarrassing or not I love your curves Veroness, very sexy I would suggest exercising a bit if you want to lose weight. All you have to do is work out for at least 20-30mins a day (walking, running, anything active) and you should see results in a week. No joke it is really that simple, of course you will lose more weight if you work out a bit longer.
Wow the more you post the more i feel like you are just right behind me in the whole "fixing oneself" thing, which is awesome as far as i am concerned. The best thing i can recommened is a mixture of all the other great ideas from the other posters. Eat real food, no caffine, try not to consume to many perservatives, and eating many small meals a day (4-5, no more than 6) and try not to eat to late so your body has time to digest before bed, drink lots of water. Thats all I got right now, but these small things have helped me loose about ten pounds in a month (I know its slow, but that really is the best way). Hope that helps
If you want to get into a daily yoga practice, check out yogatoday.com. They have a different class everyday, online, FREE. They're really good and the setting is beautiful. They're about an hour long. Every week they have at least one beginner level class, if that's where you're at.
thank you everyone for your comments. ive been vegan for 6 days now, and i feel more healthier even if i do eat a few oreos every now and then. ive been weighing myself every 3 days just to make sure im seeing some kind of result that shows what ive been doing is somewhat inprovement. 1 pound lost every three days, so just by eating healthier helps. i need to start being more active though. i think hula hooping is fun, but doesnt tighten up as much as i would like. im still working on a yoga routine i can do right when i wake up and before i go to bed.
