Eggs : How do you like 'em fixed ?

My favorite are poached served up with white rice, Portuguese sausage and a southern biscuit on the side. Mmmmm mmmmm !!!!!

 

I like my eggs in the trash can. Eggs are nasty.

 

scrambled - but I rarely eat eggs.

 

for scrambled - 4 egg whites with 1 yolk thrown in. then add some peppers, onions and cheese

omelet - i like meaty omelets

over easy are tasty too, plus some toast to dip the broken yolk with

 

eggs over easy............ thats the best way.

 

In a chocolate cake.

 

i like mine scrambled with a ton of cheese. simple, i know. but i like to experiment with different cheeses, smoked gouda is awesome, colby jack is pretty good, just trying to match different essences with the taste buds of the day.

 

Boiled is the only way for me to eat them.

 

boiled is okay, only if they are deviled......

oh yea, boiled are great, just discard the yolk and its good eating with some pepper

have some hash browns and fill half a boiled egg with some hash browns

Most of the protein's in the whites; most of the cholesterol and fat is in the yolk.

 

but the yolk has flavour

 

i have 1 yolk for every 4 eggs

i am not big on over easy. i don't like the yolk too runny. i would prefer it to be medium or hard, if not scrambled. my favorite is an omelet, though. with a handfull of bacon, cheese, and ham....mmmmm...
