While fighting for free speech, can we at least be grammatically correct?

I do realize not everyones first language is English. I am also super pregnant and a wee bit hormonal... todays major pet peeve has been grammar. So, if you first language is something other than English, I do apologise... if you are just a NA/UK/Australian kid who doesn't care about grammar, then well.. my point stands.

Also... on/off had a post strangely simular to this one last night.. well.. it went into more specifics, but was about how Crosslight was banned for bitching about a certain Mod. Am just really tired of the whole "free speech/banning" issue. If you don't like the way the site is run, go somewhere else.

Now to be on/off topic, I do not like the way some moderators operate here.

It is really cheap to say to someone to go somewhere else if they do not like the way it is run. This forum is about so much more than just the way it is run. I heard that kind of reply more often and to be honest; I find it a really brainless reply.

I don't always like the way moderators operate here either. But complaining about it in this form has proven to be pointless... all that you accomplish is being re-banned. So, you come back, bitch about it, and then get banned again? How is that going to change anything?

I agree, complaining about it does not work here. I tried it and all it did was getting me banned. I just think that people should be able to complain, complaining is what people love and do best.

 

I have to agree with bird. Complaining and questioning authority is part of free speech.

As I said before to you and other assholes like you, I speak and write four languages, and sometimes I make those kind of mistakes in the foreign language I'm using in the moment .......but there are so many similar mistakes around here from people that are using their home language, that is really strange your fixation on my spelling of the english language........but I understand.....you are a just a stupid ignorant, it's your body and not your brains that provides your lousy wage, you are one of those that jump when hear the masters voice, who never had the responsability to give an order....you have a pathetic low life, I wont go down to your level.....for me you just dont exist, and nothing in the world can put you at my level....

It's the context - calling somebody else stupid usually implies that you aren't.

'Ignorant' is an adjective not a noun.

. I'm crushed, really. I'll be pretty suprised if you know what I did, who I worked for, or what I was paid.

As if bragging about how much money you make on an anonymous forum means anything anyways, or as if there is something ignoble about physical labour.
