    Hey all,
Does anybody know where I could pick up a pair of earrings like the one's John Butler is wearing in this picture? They are not enlarged lobes. Are there any good places to purchase organic and/or wood earrings for non-strecthed lobes? Thanks in advance.
    Peace

dude...you cant even see the pic that well...I like john butler, and I never knew he wore earrings, but from the looks of it, his ear doesnt seemed to be stretched like you said...I dont know, he is from australia, check on ebay, they might have the earrings youre looking for, but I have no clue how those would be since it is ebay. If it is wooden, they come in one piece..so it kind of boggles my mind as to how he got them in..

I don't know about ones like that, but you can get these - http://www.swagstuff.com/hiddy/JFWoodR.html A lot of head shops, piercings shops, etc. sell them and the pricing on the site is pretty much what you could expect to normally pay at a shop. Also, if there's a mall around you that has one of those small stands with body jewelry and stuff, a lot of them carry those kind. They're all wood, you can find decorated (carved or painted) hoops, and the "pin" that goes through the piercing will easily fit through a 'normal' ear piercing, especially if it's a bit older since they'll naturally stretch a little bit.

The big problem is with such a thin piece of wood, they can break easily or be easily lost.. so if they're available, I'd recommend buying extra pins/studs for them... if not, just be really careful with 'em and if you can afford it, buy a couple/few pairs if you like 'em that much.
