I have stretched to 3mm yesterday and today my left ear is ok but my right ear still has that 'feel', like it doesn't hurt but I can feel a slight 'nip' still, like it stings but not like proper OUCH. Anything I can do or is it kinda normal?

You stretched yesterday, so I'd say it's normal to not feel completely normal. It also depends on how much you stretched, be careful not to stretch too quickly, it can be dangerous.
You can try sea salt soaks to help the fistula heal again.

I stretched from a normal piercing to 3 mm, I didn't rush it and I went in fine just a little uncomfortable like normal and no bleeding occurred. I'm a noob at this sort of thing so I'm worrying a bit! Hopefully it'll heal in no time.

That might be a bit too much for a first stretch, so do the sea salt soaks, and if you want to stretch further, don't skip sizes, go very slow, and wait 2 weeks between stretches. It's way better in the long run!

    Good luck!

I agree, that was a big stretch. If there is a lot of swelling, blood or pus coming out of your stretches, you should go back to your normal piercing, because you might have ripped something and had an infection. When you skip sizes the chances of getting a blow-out are high.

Also, you should wait at least a month between big stretches, just to be on the safe side.
