So I had to take a drug test for my PM clinic and I had taken one 80mg OP (not prescribed) on friday evening (Nov. 4) and possibly one the day before (I really cant remember). Is it likely I'm going to pop for the oxy? I feel like I probably will but I may have a shot just because I'm young, skinny, and reasonably in shape and have had almost 67 hours since my last dose. Also does opiate tolerance have any affect on the detection period of opiates? Ive already taken the test so Im probably fucked but maybe he will believe a story of black out drunk and not remember taking it?? Fuck.
Also Ive found widely varying results on detection periods on the internet. Some says as little as 8 to 24 hours and others 2-4 days??
It seems like it varys from each type of test to another... how was the test, urine, saliva? and if you already looked it up on several sources on the webs, thats pretty much it man, good luck though
I just fessed up. I figured it was better than betting on a negative result, but that didnt seem likely after only 2 days. Especially since its not a simple dip test. Luckily, he was pretty cool about it since I've been up front about my past opiate problems so its not exactly surprising.
