driving high

what do yall think?

no i'm not asking if i should or not, I drive blazed alot of the time, but i'm also hard to get high, (around 2 joints of shwag before i feel much) just currious what other pot heads (lack of better word) think

i actually did yesterday, but i don't remember what it was like, so i can't respond and it be good to you.

 

when i wasn't on probation, there was never a time when i wasn't high, unless i was sleeping.... so i would always drive high. and i was a pizza delivery man, so i would drive alot.

 

YOU SHOULDNT DRIVE HIGH

even if you think you still drive carefully u never know, u might not notice something etc.

 

ive drive more carefully because suddenly 35 mph feels real fast even though when im not stoned i usually cruise around 45 on these same roads... so
I'll set the cruise at 35-40 and concentrate on steering, if I ever see a cop or think im swerving then you just put both hands at 10 and 2, they kind of pull down on each other and you go straight.

 

people i know say the only difference between driving sober & high is that you need to concentrate a little bit more.

but i would still never get in a car when the driver was high, just cuz idk what its like to drive high

or drive at all for that matter

 

if i didnt drive high then how would i get anywhere...?

I go around with people who drive high often, and I've noticed that with the few I know, there isn't too big of a difference. I still don't think anyone should do it. It's just a way of saying: "HEY BUST ME PLEASE"

 

no its a way of saying 'hey bust me please' if you're driving all over the place. you just need to pay more attention

 

i've driven high so many times its just more fun than normal driving... besides most of the time when I drive and I'm high I dont bring anything on me. Its not like they can tell your high unless you're swerving and driving horribly in which case theyd pull anyone over for that because its a danger to everyone around. I say if you can handle it then keep on truckin but if you're paranoid about it don;t even bother, you could possibly psyche yourself out so much you actually drive bad.

why would you be swerving if you're high?

we're talking about weed, not alcohol, right?

marijuana does not slow my reflexes at all. sometimes i truly believe that it enhances driving because i take fewer risks, i drive slower, and i focus more intently on the road ahead and other drivers.

HOWEVER, driving stoned is definitely NOT for everyone so be very careful.

 

exactly, i think if anything youre just gonna worry about it too much and end up driving worse than you would

 

so if you don't feel comfortable driving high, just get rides... its fun going around with different people and going about their days with them... its like side adventures( ever since taking acid i completely understand side adventures)

ok, so obviously weed is imparing your driving making it different from when you otherwise would be sober no?

 

I drive high and am in cars with high people driving pretty often; Im just more careful about what Im doing

 

what do u do that makes a driver who your driving with more careful?

 

I mean while I'm driving Im more carefull about what I'm doing.
